with an eclectic mix of modern Habitat and leather
club and wing backed chairs, TV and video player.
South & west facing picture windows with large
French doors leading onto the secluded and
private garden give a light and airy feel.
There is a large pine dining table with seating for
four inside and a barbecue, table and seating for
four outside.
The separate utility houses the 'fridge/freezer and
washing machine and, most importantly, our
ancient cats: Ginger and Bolly who ask that you
feed them each day (food provided). We do not
encourage the cats to come into the house, but we
know that many of our house guests do!! In
addition, there is a downstairs cloakroom and WC.

there is a third room set out as a reading/study room
with clear views over Higher Innsacre Plantation -
fantastic for watching the sunsets.

wonderful rural views, one facing south, one west.
Bedroom 1 is twin bedded with an ensuite shower
room and WC. Bedroom 2 has a large double bed
and there is a separate bathroom with bath, shower
and W.C.

peaceful and a walker's
paradise.
