Prices are per week and run from Saturday to Saturday. Bookings are taken for
a minimum of a whole week. 50% of the price is payable on booking and the
balance is due 6 weeks prior to the start date of the booking. The deposit is
non-returnable in the event of a cancellation made within the 4 weeks leading
up to the start date of the booking unless the house is re-let. If the house is
re-let the deposit will be refunded less an administration charge of £50. We
